Correct answer is A, the pulmonic valve. Both sections are of the heart in the anatomical position. The section on the left is slightly superior to the one on the right.  Stenosis simply means narrowing. In this case, narrowing of the pulmonary valve diminishes right ventricular output to the pulmonary trunk, increasing right ventricular pressure during systole. The risk of endocarditis in the right ventricle becomes higher if the stenosis is not controlled.
